Electronic relay for presence monitoring, voltage level, sequence and phase failure. The relay measures the true effective voltage value (True RMS) present on the line. You can monitor three-phase lines for both 230Vac and 400Vac. This relay does not monitor neutral.
This relay associated with contactors or MCB circuit breaker switches allows the protection of electric motors and machines avoiding the serious problems and breakdowns that can be caused by deficiencies between the phases.
The relay is microprocessor controlled and the adjustment is enhanced by potentiometers located in the front in a very simple way.
The relay allows the following parameters to be monitored:
- Presence of tension
- Maximum voltage level
- Minimum voltage level
- Phase failure
- Phase sequence failure
- Phase asymmetry
Operation:
The output relay R is connected and remains in this state as long as the controlled parameters do not fail.
LED indication:
- A (green) Voltage to be monitored
- Green LED off: No presence of supply voltage.
- Illuminated green LED: Indicates supply voltage presenia.
- R (Red) monitoring status
- Red LED off: Out-of-range monitoring voltage, indicates that the voltage is higher, lower, a phase is missing or asymmetry is occurring between phases.
- Red LED flashing: Out-of-range monitoring voltage, but has not exceeded the setting time.
- Red LED illuminated: Correct monitoring voltage.
