Vacuostat 1/4 thread female, adjustable from -0.85 to -0.15 bar, with a switched contact and DIN 43650 connector (Size 30).

The main application is the transformation of the vacuum presence signal into an electrical signal. The contact will change state upon reaching the adjusted vacuum and will remain in this state as long as the input vacuum remains above the setting value. If the vacuum falls below the adjustment value, the contact will return to the sleep position.

The electrical connection is made by means of a DIN 43650 type connector (size 50) that provides an IP65 degree of protection.

Hola. Estoy buscando un presostato lo mas simple y economico que se pueda programar para que corte un circuito electrico al sobrepasar un vacio determinado y lo vuelva a conectar al bajar de otro valor de vacio. Manteniendo asi en funcionamiento el sistema solo cuando el vacio necesario se alcanza. No estoy seguro de que sistema necesito. Me podeis indicar?

Con los datos aportados en imposible dar una respuesta a su pregunta, se necesitan mas datos, pero en principio con un presostado y un contactor, en todo caso le indico que no damos soporte a desarrollos de ingeniería o cálculos sobre el desarrollo de proyectos. Solo a cuestiones técnicas sobre el funcionamiento e instalación de los productos.

Hola. Me gustaría conocer cual es el rango de histeresis de este vacuoestato. ¿Me valdría para un pequeño equipo de vacío para la fabricación de materiales compuestos? Entiendo que si, ya que trabajamos con normalmente entre -0,6 y -0,9 Bar de presión de vacío. Gracias.

Buenos días,

El fabricante no especifica el rango de histeresis, por lo que supongo que no será constante, lo habitual para vacuostatos estandar es +/- 0,05, pero no se lo puedo confirmar.

Con relación a la aplicación, la desconozco, no puedo recomendar nada, verifique usted las características del dispositivo y compruebe que entra dentro del rango de aplicación requerido.
