Linear guideways linear ball bearing square HIWIN HGH20CAC size 20, high load (C), standard accuracy (C) and light preload (Z0). Designed specifically for linear positioning systems in applications such as milling machines, lathes, high precision transport systems. The HG series of slides HIWIN consists of four raceways in a 45° arrangement providing the ability to take loads in any direction.

Linear guideways square linear ball bearing HIWIN HGH20CAC size 20, high load (C), standard accuracy (C) and light preload (Z0), allows high positioning accuracy with very low rolling resistance. Manufactured with 4 bearing circuits with a 45° arrangement allows load taking from any direction. Very high load capacity and long service life, it allows high precision movements without producing stick-slip effects. Due to its low coefficient of friction, it allows a high sliding speed.


Supplied with grease nipple for easy maintenance. They only require minimal lubrication. Supplied with a sealing system consisting of front and bottom seals, to prevent the entry of foreign substances, such as dust particles, chips or any other element, in the ball paths of the slide.

They can be installed in any position, and the fixing is by means of threaded holes on the slide body.




HG series recommended for: Grinding machines, milling and drilling machines, lathes, machining centers, woodworking

Preload Z0: Light preload 0 - 0.02 Cdyn. Constant load direction, low vibration, lower accuracy required
