Linear guideways fins size 35 light preload HGW35CCC - Hiwin

Linear guideways HIWIN precision ball bearing with flange (fins) HIWIN HGW35CCC size 35, high load (C), standard accuracy (C) and light preload (Z0), allows high positioning accuracy with very low rolling resistance. Manufactured with 4 rolling circuits with a 45° arrangement allows load taking from any direction. Very high load capacity and long service life, it allows high precision movements without producing stick-slip effects. Due to its low coefficient of friction, it allows a high sliding speed.


Supplied with grease nipple for easy maintenance. They only require minimal lubrication. They are supplied with a sealing system consisting of front and bottom seals, to prevent the entry of foreign substances, such as dust particles, chips or any other element, into the ball paths of the slide balls.

They can be installed in any position, and the fixing is by means of threaded holes on the skid body, or through holes on the skid body.




HG series recommended for: Grinding machines, milling and drilling machines, lathes, machining centers, wood

Preload Z0: Light preload 0 - 0.02 Cdyn. Constant load direction, low vibration, less precision required
