Bidirectional blocking valve, with 1/4" thread , and control connection for 8mm outer diameter tube. This valve allows the complete blocking of the air passage in either direction. The main application of this type of valve is block or prevent the passage of air in a pneumatic circuit. Manufactured in a metallic body.

The function of this type of valve is to block the passage of air in either direction, when the external mantle signal is not present.

The function of this type of valve is to block the passage of air in one direction, when the external command signal is present, allowing passage in the opposite direction. When the command signal is not present, passage is allowed in both directions.
In combination with another similar valve, the action of a pneumatic cylinder can be blocked, in case it needs to be forced to stop or block, for example in an emergency.
In the previous circuit assembly example, the cylinder will be blocked if the pressure in the pilot circuit is not present.
In the previous figure, the pilot circuit and the cylinder supply circuit are independent. By putting pressure on the pilot circuit, the blocking valves allow movement of the cylinder in both directions.
In the previous figure, by cutting off the supply pressure to the pilot circuit, the valves lock the cylinder in the position it is in, even if the cylinder is under some load.
