Three-phase voltage stabilizer of 30kVA (24kW) with 400Vac output, electromechanical stabilizer driven by servomotor with independent regulation per phase for the control and regulation of voltage drops and rises of the network, provides a constant output voltage.


The equipment stabilizes the mains voltage within very narrow regulation margins to supply any load at its output with a clean, stable and safe voltage. It does this by continuously monitoring and sampling the input and output voltages to achieve the proper voltage to supply the connected load.

This equipment operates fully automatically for voltage regulation without user intervention, which is achieved by continuously measuring the mains input voltage and automatically performing the necessary step-up/step-down operations to provide the constant voltage required for proper operation. The integrated electronic control circuit measures the input voltage and decides what the stabilized output voltage should be by comparing it with an internal reference sample value and the applied load. This is why stabilizers are used to power equipment sensitive to voltage variations or to solve problems in installations with large voltage variations due to problems in the supply line.


This equipment consists of a variac, a servomotor that controls the variac, a display that controls the motor and a step-up transformer. The starting torque can be corrected quickly, even for very small voltage changes, thanks to the high DC servomotor and the control system that can respond quickly to voltage changes. Once regulation is complete, the regulator is de-energized with the help of the highly efficient electronic braking circuit.

Built-in Manual Bypass for maintenance or to continue powering loads in case of equipment failure, does not distort the output sine wave. The Manual Bypass Switch should only be connected in case of equipment failure, in order to obtain unregulated output power directly from the input mains, and for this purpose the other switch must first be disconnected.


Among its main applications we can highlight the computer, audio/video equipment, telecommunication systems, medical and clinical analysis equipment, security systems and surveillance cameras, critical electronic circuits and boards, lighting systems, household appliances, home automation, etc..

The three-phase stabilizers of the M3 series are valid for photovoltaic applications, but it is important to take into account the following considerations

  • The power of the equipment must be oversized by 40%, due to the fact that current will circulate in two directions.
  • The voltage must always be within the regulation range marked in the specifications. Both in input and return through the output of the equipment.
  • The equipment stabilizes at the input. Network-Stabilizer-Inverter-Inverter-Plates, but it does not stabilize the return of the excess of the plates that enters in the opposite direction.
  • In three-phase, the phases must be balanced in consumption.
  • The Neutral must be clean, 0V.

For use with generator sets, the power of the stabilizer must be oversized to at least 40% of the capacity of the set.

Note: It is important to take into account that a voltage stabilizer does not solve all the problems of undervoltage or overvoltage in an electrical network, as is the case of those where there are strong phase unbalances, strong presence of harmonics, open neutral (in three-phase installations 400V pass between F and N instead of 230V) or installations with badly dimensioned cable section.

Note: The existence of a neutral is essential for the operation of the stabilizer.

Objet : Demande d'informations techniques concernant un stabilisateur de tension

Madame, Monsieur,

Je me permets de vous contacter afin d'obtenir des informations techniques concernant un stabilisateur de tension triphasé avec servomoteur de 30 kVA (24 kW).

J'ai récemment fait installer des panneaux photovoltaïques d'une capacité de 14 kW. Cependant, depuis l'arrivée des beaux jours, j'ai constaté que certains panneaux, environ un tiers, produisent seulement la moitié de la production des autres panneaux installés au même endroit. Il semble que je rencontre un problème de surtension sur une ou deux phases, ce qui décroche certains micro-onduleurs de la marque IQ8P de chez enphase à partir de 254V/260V.

Dans ce contexte, je souhaiterais stabiliser la tension du réseau entre 220V et 230V. Pourriez-vous me conseiller sur la solution la plus adaptée à ma situation ?

Bon après-midi,

Le stabilisateur de tension vous permettra de contrôler les pics et les chutes de tension tant qu'ils se situent dans la plage de tension indiquée dans les informations techniques du produit.

Vous mentionnez le stabilisateur triphasé, mais ce stabilisateur est valable pour des tensions triphasées dans la gamme de 295V à 450V. Et stabilise la tension à 400V ± 2%

Si vous avez une installation triphasée et que vous souhaitez stabiliser sa tension entre 220 V et 230 V, alors notre stabilisateur ne vous convient pas,

Il mentionne également qu'il y a des variations entre 254 V/260 V. Donc votre réseau est monophasé ? Dans ce cas, si vous avez ces pics de tension, vous pourriez utiliser un stabilisateur monophasé qui vous permettra de stabiliser la tension à 230V ± 2%.

De plus, pour sélectionner la puissance du stabilisateur appropriée, vous devez surdimensionner la puissance de l'équipement de 40 %, car le courant circulera dans les deux sens.

Bonjour,

Le stabilisateur, s'il est bidirectionnel, est utilisé pour les applications photovoltaïques avec rejet excédentaire vers le réseau. Mais il est important que vous preniez en compte les considérations suivantes qui sont indiquées sur notre site Web dans la description du produit,

- La puissance de l'équipement doit être surdimensionnée de 40%, car le courant circulera dans les deux sens.

- La tension doit toujours être dans la plage de régulation indiquée dans les spécifications. Aussi bien en entrée qu'en retour via la sortie de l'équipement.

- L'équipe se stabilise à l'entrée. Red-Stabilisateur-Inverter-Plates, mais il ne stabilise pas le retour du surplus des plaques qui entre en sens inverse.

- En triphasé, les phases doivent être équilibrées en consommation.

- Le neutre doit être propre, 0V.


Si vous l'installez à l'extérieur, il faudra le mettre à l'abri dans un endroit couvert, en veillant à ce qu'il soit complètement protégé de l'eau.
