Three-phase 1kVA transformer in delta-star configuration with ultra-insulation screen, supplied in a metal box with IP23 protection degree. This type of transformer allows the adaptation of voltage between line and receiver in three-phase systems, 400Va to 400Vac (neutral generation). By having an electrostatic safety screen, it allows unwanted signals and disturbances to be filtered and conducted to ground, making it very effective when isolating machines and installations that are sensitive to electrical noise and with a high level of harmonics.

Ultra-isolation transformer for three-phase networks, reversible , includes an electrostatic screen between the primary and secondary windings providing galvanic separation of circuits that allows filtering and conducting unwanted signals and disturbances to ground, making it very effective when isolating machines and installations sensitive to electrical noise and with a high level of harmonics.

The degree of effectiveness of this screen directly depends on the quality of the installation's grounding. The primary is connected in a delta and the secondary in a star with neutral, which provides a high degree of balance between the phases and generation of neutral at the output.

Dry-type transformer, protected against humidity by resin impregnation. Supplied in a metal box that provides an IP-23 insulation level, cable glands included. Manufactured with low-loss magnetic sheet metal providing high performance. To generate or reference the neutral, it is necessary to ensure that there is an efficient earth connection.

The delta-star configuration offers multiple advantages and is ideal for electrical distribution systems in industrial installations, as it allows the supply of electrical equipment that requires balanced voltages with available neutral, the elimination/reduction of harmonics, greater efficiency in the installation and protection against ground faults. In the case of three-phase transformers with delta-star configuration and 400/400V voltages, it also allows galvanic isolation, making it ideal for industrial and commercial applications where a stable and safe power supply is required without modifying the line voltage, where it is required to maintain the same voltage between the primary and the secondary.

  • Harmonic Reduction : The delta connection in the primary helps to eliminate third order harmonics by making them circulate within the winding and preventing them from propagating to the network, thus reducing distortion in the electrical network and improving power quality.
  • Balanced power supply : On the primary side, currents are balanced even if loads on the secondary side are not. This minimizes imbalance problems in the network and improves system stability.
  • Greater efficiency in the installation : This is because this configuration allows balanced loads to be fed and high energy efficiency to be maintained.
  • Ground fault protection : If a short circuit to ground occurs on the secondary side, the primary helps limit the impact of the fault, this protects the transformer and reduces the risk of overloads and faults in the installation.
  • Availability of neutral in the secondary : Although the delta primary does not have a neutral, the star secondary does provide one. This allows both three-phase loads (400V between phases) and single-phase loads (230V between phase and neutral) to be fed. In networks where there is only one supply Three-phase without neutral, this transformer allows obtaining a stabilized neutral in the secondary. This facilitates the connection of loads that require a neutral reference.
  • Galvanic Isolation between primary and secondary : Even though both sides have the same voltage of 400V, the transformer provides electrical separation between the power supply and the load. This improves safety and helps reduce electrical noise problems.
