The FA-405 is a 200 W power supply (power supply) that provides a continuous output adjustable from 0 to 40 V and from 0 to 5 A. It has protections against overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower and excess temperature, which provides users with a safe working environment. One key allows the controls to be either either secure and prevent unintentional changes to settings. The addition of a rotary encoder as well as keys to program incremental changes in % provides uncommon ease of use in programmable sources. Source control is fully digital with a large LCD viewfinder. It has RS-232C interface for remote programming through a PC.
