Compact pneumatic cylinder parallel rods 12x30mm double acting CG02 Series - Aignep

Compact double rod pneumatic cylinder , 12 mm diameter and 30 mm stroke, double magnetic effect with parallel rods. They are designed for high precision anti-rotation applications where space is limited thanks to their robust but compact structure. Solution by means of bronze bushings coupled to the rods.


These cylinders are built with high quality materials, aluminium alloy body and stainless steel rod, which gives them high strength and reliability. In addition, their design includes NBR seals and cushioning, which ensures efficient operation and a long service life. They are characterized by the possibility of fixing on several sides. by different methods, pneumatic feeding in both sides, Dual sensor slots on both top and bottom side.
 

They are ideal for automated systems, manipulators and robotics, where a compact guide is needed to maintain stem alignment and stable movement.

The cylinder is prepared for the mounting of magnetic detectors and different accessories. The supply only includes the double-acting cylinder, the rest of the accessories must be ordered separately. Option with ball bearings on request.

Aignep brand CG02 series cylinders are compatible and replaceable with those of the SMC brand and other brands such as AirTac, Airon, Mindman , Metal Work .
