Compact double-guide pneumatic cylinder Ø32 stroke 100mm, double magnetic effect. Body in aluminium alloy with carbon steel plate, rod in steel, seals and rod cushioning in NBR. Solution by means of bronze alloy sliding bushings coupled to the guide rods.

Compact double-guided pneumatic cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 100 mm stroke, double magnetic effect. They are designed for applications where space is limited and a cylinder with internal guides and a robust but compact structure is required. Multi-connection cylinder that allows mounting in both directions. Guiding solution using bronze alloy sliding bushings coupled with steel piston rods.

These cylinders are built with high quality materials, aluminium alloy body and steel rod, which gives them high strength and reliability. In addition, their design includes seals and rod cushioning in NBR, which ensures efficient operation and a long service life. They are characterized by the possibility of fixing on several sides. by different methods, pneumatic feeding in both sides, Dual sensor slots on both top and bottom side.

They are ideal for automated systems, manipulators and robotics, where a compact guide is needed to maintain stem alignment and stable movement.

The cylinder is prepared for the mounting of magnetic detectors and different accessories. The supply only includes the double-acting cylinder, the rest of the accessories must be ordered separately.

Mindman brand MCGS series cylinders are compatible and replaceable with SMC and other brands such as AirTac, Airon, Aignep , Metal Work .
