Size 20 coaxial reducers, available with a variety of reduction ratios, allowing you to select the number of output turns necessary for the application. These reducers have high quality straight tooth gears, which allows them to have very high dynamic performances. Available in various types of legs and flanges, allowing for easy adaptation and very quick and simple assembly.


The supply includes:
  • Size 20 Reducer
  • Engine inlet flange
  • Reducer mounting bracket, legs or flange

Gear reduction, coaxial, size 20, available with various reduction ratios, from 1 to 3 gear trains, depending on the required reduction ratio. Manufactured in a very robust casing, which allows them to guarantee high reliability and resistance.

Pinions made of high quality steel, which allows them to ensure very high dynamic performance and low losses. The reducer is supplied lubricated for life with synthetic oil (see mounting positions) and does not require any maintenance.

Depending on the reduction ratio, motors between 0.18kw and 0.55kw can be coupled, obtaining an output torque between 77 and 12 Nm. (See table). The motor casing to be coupled to this reducer must be 56B14 or 63B14.

The flanges for coupling with the electric motor for this size of reducer are:
