Electric safety pedal, made of high-resistance thermoplastic material with protection cover for industrial and general applications. The electric pedal incorporates a chamber with 2 electrical contacts , one open (NO) and one closed (NC).

Safety foot switches are used as control switches for machines and equipment when the operator needs to have his or her hands free to perform other functions.

The safety pedals have protection cover against accidental activation due to falling objects or accidental pressing. They have a mechanical locking device mounted to prevent pedal actuation if the pedal foot is not fully over the pedal actuation. It also has rubber stops on the base to prevent slipping.

The protection grade of the electric pedal is IP-65. The foot switch complies with the Machinery Directive and bears the CE marking.

Additionally, 2 contact chambers can be added, open or closed. The maximum number of contacts per pedal is 4.
